Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We will contact you immediately in the rare circumstances that delivery may take longer than advertised.

Postage and Packing - how we manage it:

Once you have placed your order and your payment has been cleared we are notified by Worldpay or our Bank.

We aim to dispatch orders received by 12:30 noon within UK Mainland on the same working day, unless the delivery time is specified on individual products. Orders outside of the UK or received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day with the exception of UK public holidays & weekends (with working days defined as Monday to Friday inclusive).

All deliveries, where possible, will be dispatched for delivery on a next day service. Orders that are over 2kg will be despatched by a trackable service. Small items will be despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail Post unless requested. Allow up to three working days for Highlands & Islands.

Rest of World orders will have a shipping quote advised and will be despatched upon confirmation of payment for the shipping cost.

While it is preferable that someone is available to accept delivery, however if no-one will be at the premises for delivery, please advise on order in the comments section, a “safe place” you would be happy to have your order left- (eg: in porch, in greenhouse, behind back gate, with a neighbour etc.)

Please note we may occasionally split an order if there are multiple products, into separate packages, for delivery via different carriers. In these instances, we will try to ensure you are informed of this.

Delivery
  • While we will use reasonable endeavours to meet any estimated delivery date, such date will be approximate only and time shall not be of the essence.
  • Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.
  • The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
  • You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
